  • Reliability improvements achieved through precise relay setting coordination and equipment verification.

3. Musashi Auto Parts Pvt. Ltd.

  • Generator differential protection retrofitting using ALSTOM relays.

  • Implemented load-shedding automation and synchronized five generator panels.

  • Annual testing of plant electrical systems to ensure maximum uptime and safety compliance.

4. Caparo Power Ltd – Bawal

  • Commissioning of 26 MW natural gas-based generating station.

  • Designed and implemented protection and interlocking schemes for reliability and compliance.

  • Conducted protection setting calculations and verified control logic through system-level testing.
